Sedgwick County’s new community initiative, Recovery Connect, is an economic recovery program that helps individuals, nonprofits and small businesses struggling to recover from the negative effects of the pandemic.
While pandemic relief supports have been made available from federal, state and local governments, knowing how to find and access them can be difficult. Recovery Connect solves that problem. Specialists will help identify resources best fitted to your needs and help connect you to those programs and services.
Four different presentations will be offered in four local communities over the next two weeks:
• March 30, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Haysville Community Library, 210 S. Hays.
• March 30, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Garden Plain Community Library, 421 Ave. B.
• March 31, 5-6 p.m., Goddard Public Library, 201 N. Main.
• April 2, 2-3 p.m., Clearwater Public Library, 109 E. Ross.
