Tigers fall to Bishop Carroll in State soccer quarterfinal

The Eisenhower Tigers girls soccer team fell to Bishop Carroll, 4-0, in a State quarterfinal game played at home on May 25.
With 37 minutes left in the first half, Destiny Hoy scored first for the Cardinals. Khloe Shuckman scored to put Carroll up 2-0 with 19:00 left in the first half. She scored again to put the game further out of reach with 25 minutes left to play. Anna Lasak scored with 10 minutes left in the game.
Carroll went on to finish third in the State tournament, losing 3-2 to St. Thomas Aquinas High School before beating Maize South 4-0 in the third-place game.
The Tigers finish their season with 16 wins, 2 losses, 1 tie, and a league championship in AVCTL Div. II.
