Clinton L. Biggs, age 77, of Clearwater, former mental health manager for Prairie View in Newton, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021.
Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 29, at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, Wichita. He was preceded in deathby his parents, Harold and Mary (Harsh) Biggs.
