CHENEY – American Legion Post 295 in Cheney is holding a quilt raffle to raise funds for the Cheney Memorial Wall, located at Veterans Park on Main Street.
The quilt was donated by The Wish List Place and owner Diane Paneiko.
Tickets may be purchased at Citizens State Bank. They are $1 each, or purchase six for $5. The drawing will be held on Feb. 18.
The annual quilt raffle is the primary source of funding for maintaining the memorial wall and adding new names to it ahead of Veterans Day each year.
