This year’s homecoming queen candidates are Darby Guinn, Madisyn Hagel, Tinsley Cross and Elyse Bozarth. The king candidates are Nicholas Hogan, Max Raffinengo, Jacob Fawson and Will Clothier.
Students have been taking part in spirit days this week. Monday and Tuesday were “Buck-Up” days, with students donning cowboy boots, chaps, plaid shirts and cowboy hats. Friday is “battle-up” day, with students wearing their best and most outlandish EHS Tiger gear. Photos were shared on Instagram with the hashtag #ehscoty2020.
The crowning will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Goddard District Stadium. The Tigers’ football team will face Arkansas City at 7 p.m. There will not be a homecoming dance.
