Daily updates from KDHE

UPDATE: As of April 2, KDHE has moved to a web-based format that is updated daily. Find the link here.

As government agencies, businesses and community groups react to the spread of COVID-19 in Kansas and across the country, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment is providing daily updates to the public.

To help spread that message, Times-Sentinel Newspapers will be sharing those updates every day online, starting Monday, March 16. The most recent updates will be at the top of the page.

The update on Wednesday, March 18, saw the number of confirmed cases increase to 21 from 18 the day before. All but one of the cases are in counties in the northeast part of Kansas.

April 3: 620 cases, 151 hospitalizations, 17 deaths, 6,454 negatives tests. Positive cases in 46 counties. Sedgwick County 85 cases; Sumner County 2 cases.
