Obituary: Euteva Hall

Euteva Pearl (Armstrong) Hall, 73, changed her address from Goddard to God on Wednesday, May 30, 2018,with her loving husband of 53 years at her side and surrounded by loving family members.

Euteva was born in Dallas on Aug. 7, 1944. She graduated from Cheney High School in 1962 and married Leroy Hall in 1965. She was retired from Southwestern Bell telephone and from the Goddard School District. She lived in Goddard for more than 40 years.

Euteva accepted the Lord as her Savior at a young age. She lived a life of dedicated service to the Lord. She attended Douglas Avenue Assembly of God. She was an accomplished pianist. She played the piano or organ at church every time they had service. She also sang, and taught Sunday school and missionettes at church.

Euteva is survived by her husband, Leroy; two sons, David (Julia) of Medical Lake, Wash., and Doug (Krista) of Goddard; one daughter, Deanna (Gary) Miller of Loveland, Colo., two sisters, Eula Scott of Tacoma, Wash., and Ethel Fulkerson of Wichita; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild to be born in October; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers- and sisters-in-law, and a host of friends.

The family is especially grateful to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice for the loving care they provided these past few months.

Celebration of life was held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, at Douglas Avenue Assembly of God, 4501 W. Douglas. Graveside followed at Fairview Cemetery in Cheney.
