Harold C. Livingston, age 98, retired U.S. mail carrier and World War II Army veteran, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018. Funeral service was held at 10:30a.m. Monday, March 5, at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater.
Harold was born on Friday, Dec. 12, 1919, in Dacoma, Okla. He was the third of four children born to James Clarence Livingston and Ethel Mae (Benningfield) Livingston. He was united in marriage to Betty Jo Davis in 1947.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Ethel (Benningfield) Livingston; wife, Betty Jo (Davis) Livingston; son, Glen Loder; daughter, Linda Hanneman; and siblings, Ruth Houston, Leola Livingston, Pauline Mitchell, and Don Livingston. Survivors include his daughters, Nancy Livingston of Wichita, and Sally (Terry) Boyce of Mt. Clemens, Mich.; son-in-law, Delbert Hanneman of Wichita; close friend, Inge Tibbetts; grandchildren, Greg (Sarah) Boyce, Audrey Hanneman, Veronica (Jesse) Williams, Rachel (Kerry) Hein, Ryan Loder, Brad Hanneman, and Sara Beth Loder; and nine great-grandchildren.
